"As a budgetarian bride, I was searching online for options around Southampton as I know location will also matter. When I found Prop Up and gone through all their package, I was totally in awe of the options for the price that they offer: budget friendly yet full decoration packages. We arranged a face to face meet up with Kirsty to have a look at pictures from the packages and I already knew what I want and mentioned it to Kirsty: my Autumn dream wedding. On the planning process few months before the wedding I was so amazed how Kirsty was so hands-on and very much involved and she did go beyond my expectations for us to experience our autumn wedding. From ordering extra decorations that I thought it's not included in the package I ordered, Kirsty was all out for us, and we felt so special. On our wedding day, I was awestruck how she and her team managed to really dress up the place. I felt so satisfied and very happy walking down that aisle knowing my pictures will look very good with all these designs. After the ceremony, our party was also next door and ofcourse, Kirsty and her team pulled it off. I really felt and indulged the Autumn ambiance of the place that also matched all the guests outfits. We ended the day with a smile on our dace knowing that we got what we wanted and even more. Thanks to Prop Up Team for a very accommodating and very professional experience they delivered. Honestly where do I start. Kirsty supplied a few bits for me on our wedding day! She always kept in contact, and was always at the end of a call or message. she literally made me feel so calm and even ran to the shop for me in my hour of need. she supplied beautiful centre pieces, a back drop I had beautiful lanterns. Kirsty is amazing and made it so special for us. Can’t wait to see the next one she is doing for us ( grandsons party) I’ve used Kirsty for baby showers also. So highly recommend this super women!

I booked Kirsty for my wedding well in advance. I’d heard of how busy she gets because her work is incredible and knew she could help make my wedding look perfect. I booked a balloon hoop for the party room and a pampas display for the ceremony, I told Kirsty the colours and the rest was down to her. She arrived first thing in the morning to set up. I went and said hello and showed Kirsty where the displays needed to go. The next time I saw the displays was at the wedding and wow she did not disappoint! She transformed my wedding into something I couldn’t have even imagined doing my self. I had soo many compliments! The couple getting married the next day loved the balloon hoop so much they waited for Kirsty in the morning to arrived to take it down and asked id they could keep it, Kirsty being the hero she is let them use the hoop for their wedding too despite the fact she had just drove to the venue to take it away. I have since recommended Kirsty for friends wedding and all have booked with her too and I will absolutely be booking her for everything else in the future! Always so friendly, professional and polite and just incredible at what she does!

We honestly can’t thank Prop Up enough for everything they did to make our wedding day so special. From the very first meeting, the planning process was seamless – every idea we had was listened to, and every little detail was carefully considered. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their professionalism and creativity really put us at ease in the run-up to the big day. On the morning of the wedding, I was so nervous about how everything would look, but the moment I walked into the room I was completely overwhelmed (in the best possible way!). It was absolutely stunning – beyond anything I could have ever imagined.
